The service
Estábulo is management software for stables and equestrian centres, provided as a service (SaaS). Access is subject to these terms and to the plan you subscribe to.
Account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Your team must use the service in accordance with applicable law and animal welfare.
Payments, notices and receipts
Estábulo issues payment notices and receipts to help you collect boarding and services. Estábulo does NOT issue fiscal invoices: tax invoicing, where applicable, is the responsibility of the establishment, using its own certified software. Plans are billed recurrently and you can cancel anytime; the service continues until the end of the paid period.
Availability and liability
We strive for high availability, but the service is provided “as is” without absolute warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of establishment.
