Data controller
Estábulo is operated in the European Union. We process the data you entrust to us to run your stable-management service. For any privacy question, contact privacy@estabulo.eu.
What we process
Account data (name, email, phone), operational data you enter (horses, care, schedule, payments) and minimal technical data (access and security logs). We do not sell data nor use it to train AI models.
Where and with whom
Data is hosted in the EU. We rely only on strictly necessary sub-processors: EU hosting, payment processing (Stripe), WhatsApp messaging (Evolution) and, if you choose cloud AI, an EU model provider. You can opt for local or offline AI, in which case inference data never leaves your stable.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. The app includes data export and deletion. To exercise your rights, contact us at any time.
